Unfortunately, the need for highly skilled manufacturing workers hasn’t shielded the school programs that produce them from budget cuts. Now, more than ever, manufacturers need to band together to make sure schools are teaching the skills their workers need.

win a $500 donation for your local CTE program!
Throughout the year, local manufacturer Scot Forge works closely with high schools and Career in Technical Education (CTE) programs to support and educate the next generation about the opportunities a career in manufacturing can provide. CTE programs offer students the technical knowledge, academic foundation and real-world experience they need to prepare for high-skill, high-demand, high-wage careers.
Manufacturing Day is a celebration of modern manufacturing meant to inspire the next generation of manufacturers. Please show your support in developing future generations by participating in the Traveling Highlander contest! Our future together depends on our ability to strengthen manufacturing.
Contest Rules
To enter for a chance at the prize, all you have to do is post a picture of the Traveling Highlander to your Facebook page with a few key bits of information.
