Uniquely equipped to produce low-volume, non-repeating forgings, Scot Forge has an on-site staff of metallurgists, four of which have Ph.Ds., and a team of forging engineers who are ready to help you understand the implications and capabilities of your material and heat treat choices.
We maintain a ready inventory of and quick access to carbon, alloy, stainless steel, aluminum, magnesium, nickel, titanium and copper-based materials. Whether you are planning for cryogenic or high-temperature applications, our knowledge and experience working with specialty grades will ensure optimal program performance.
Our facilities are designed to support both single-piece and high-volume manufacturing. From hand-held components to ultra-large forgings, Scot Forge delivers.

Each year, Scot Forge reinvests millions of dollars into our facilities, keeping us on the cutting edge of metal shaping technology. This provides process improvements for existing capabilities and breakthroughs into new metalworking methods and markets.
In addition to the ISO: 9001:2015 standard, we are certified to AS9100D and Nadcap, for NDE and heat treat. When specified by contract, we can meet virtually any custom open die or rolled ring forging requirement. Additionally, we hold special process approvals from many of the world's premier manufacturing companies.
CTI Molecular Imaging (Knoxville, TN), in a joint effort with Scot Forge recently converting a cast component to a forging in the production of steel rings and hubs for its Eclipse Cyclotrons.
