Step
1 - Goals Assessment
First, we'll sit down with you
to discuss improvements you would like to see in your
plant, talk about any areas of concern, prioritize your
goals, and establish a plan of action.
Step 2 -Operation Evaluation
During this step, we'll spend a
day in your plant, meet with your team, and observe your
operation. We'll identify projects or methods that could
benefit from Proactive Partnership®.
Then we'll conduct a detailed review of your products
and processes based on samples, prints, and observations
gained during our visit. All information will be kept
strictly proprietary.
Step 3 -Analysis and Documentation
After we review your process, we
will provide a complete written analysis. The analysis
will include thorough documentation of your current practices,
and provide possible forging solutions for increasing
your operational efficiency and reducing your costs.
