Our hydraulic upset press produces custom flanged-end forgings in a variety of shapes. The press can upset most simple or complex shapes in a single pass. The upset forging process system includes a hydraulic upset press, induction heating element, and automated material handling equipment. The vast forging output capable from these 9 presses offers the "insurance" of never having to worry about breakdowns, as there is always sufficient backup capacity.
